Quesadillas Mexicanas
Ingredientes:
1 cucharada de aceite
1 cebolla
1 kg.de zapallitos tiernos
2 cucharadas de harina de arroz integral
2 cucharadas de queso rallado
orégano, sal, nuez moscada (pizca)
1 taza de agua de cocción (si ésta es poca, completar con agua)
1. Preparar un nituke en un recipiente pincelado con el aceite, con la cebolla finamente picada y los zapallitos cortados en cubos.
2. Tapar y cocinar durante 15 minutos.
3. Escurrir (reservando el agua) y cubrir la tarta con esta preparación tibia. Esto ayudará a levar la base.
4. Agregar la harina de arroz al agua de cocción de los zapallitos restantes. Adicionar el queso y los condimentos y verter la preparación sobre la masa base.
5. Cocinar en horno de temperatura media de 20 a 30 minutos.
